Roles & Responsibilities

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Engage with newly assigned leads using text and phone outreach
2. Work on lead management and lead nurturing
3. Process leads to increase overall sales and the amount of each sale
4. Handle questions and provide detailed information on the features and policies of Muzigal
5. Collect relevant student information and update in the CRM portal and share with teachers
6. Assist in trial class setup and ensure class completion
7. Follow up with students to provide guidance with class enrollment, billing, and payment processing and close the sale
8. Prioritize and promptly respond to any requests from students or teachers and direct to the appropriate department for further assistance
9. Keep track of and strive to exceed individual and team targets for weekly and monthly student enrollments
10. Effectively communicate with colleagues and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow
