Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Discover profitable suppliers and initiate business and organization partnerships
2. Negotiate with external vendors to secure advantageous terms
3. Approve the ordering of necessary goods and services
4. Finalize purchase details of orders and deliveries
5. Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve the effectiveness
6. Control spend and build a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs
7. Open to travel
